Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us providing as much detail as possible and we will contact you to discuss an exchange/refund.
Please inspect the order as soon as it is received, any physical damage should be reported to us via email within 3 days of delivery.
If you can see some of the delivery has arrived damaged, we ask you to sign for it as "damaged" on arrival.


If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us and we will provide you with a full refund. Returns must be notified to us within 14 days of receiving any items and must be unused, free from defects and returned in their original packaging, along with all parts and Instructions etc. The buyer will be responsible for arranging the safe return of the item and all costs associated with this. Once we have received  returned items and checked them we will refund your money, less any shipping costs, only if the Item is received in original packaging and in an undamaged re-saleable condition.


Any refunds are made in accordance with the original payment method. We do not offer cash refunds for online purchases. Refunds can take 3-5 working days to clear through the banking system.
