INSTALLATION
We would recommend that all products are installed by a professional, however this is not beyond the more confident DIY'er. For those budding DIY'ers out there, please be careful! some products are quite heavy and will require two people to install.
Please follow the installation instructions and you'll be fine. If you need some advice, you're more than welcome to contact us, we will do our best to answer your query as best we can. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during installation and any modicifcation to the cabinet will invalidate the warranty.
Please note that when considering the location of the unit, the sensor operation may be affected if the unit is installed too close to reflective objects or walls. We suggest you ask your fitter if in doubt.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We will dispatch your items within 24hrs of receiving payment, and where possible we will dispatch it on the same day. All units will be dispatched with a 24 hour next working day service. Please contact us if you have any specific delivery requirements.
Deliveries are made to most UK postcodes Monday to Friday; 8:00am - 5:30pm, an adult must be available to sign for your goodies.
Note: Scottish Highlands,Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland will incur additional delivery cost.

Unfortunately we have no control over the parcel delivery system and sometimes things do go wrong! Your item contains glass and other fragile components and on rare occasions they can break in transit. If you believe it to be broken, please do not sign for the item. The driver will return the parcel to us and we will send you a brand new one without any further delay. If you have refused a delivery, please let us know as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
RETURNS
If you are not completely happy with your purchase please notify us within 14 days. We will be more than happy to provide a full refund, all we ask is that the item(s) are returned in their original packaging and in a resellable condition. The buyer is responsible until we are in receipt of the item(s).
It is the Buyers responsibility to check and report any issues within 48hrs of receiving the product(s)
